All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment, or with your agreement, we will substitute it with an equivalent product.
Delivery Area:
We deliver our products throughout the United Arab Emirates. However, delivery zones may be restricted due to logistical constraints.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges will be calculated and visible at the checkout page. Charges are determined based on the delivery address and size/weight of the order.
Delivery Charges:
- An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided when you place your order. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order.
- We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow the delivery status of your order.

https://houseofflowers.ae/ will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.
Damages:
House of Flowers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our customer service immediately to file a claim.
