Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at House of Flowers, a subsidiary of Dubai Garden Centre LLC.

Our Commitment:

We are committed to ensuring complete satisfaction with our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Time Frame: You have 48 hours from the time your order was delivered to request a refund.
  2. Condition of Product: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. Receipt or Proof of Purchase: You must have a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
  4. Exceptions:
    a. Sale items are NOT eligible for refunds.
    b. Perishable goods such as fresh flowers and plants are NOT eligible for refunds.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  1. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (04) 340-0006 extension 300, and provide your order number, the reason for the return, and the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. After we have reviewed your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account varies and may depend on your payment provider.
  4. If your refund is rejected, we will provide you with a detailed explanation of the reasons for rejection.

Shipping Charges:

  1. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  2. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at (04) 340-0006 extension 300. We will arrange for the collection of the product(s), and we will cover any reasonable delivery costs you incur in returning such products. In such cases, we will either:

  1. Replace the item with an equivalent product, or
  2. Refund the item’s purchase price in full, including the cost of delivery.
