Box 37579, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai U.A.E. (referred to as “We” or “Us”).

PRODUCT COLOURS, DETAILS, AND DIMENSIONS
Images of products on our website serve as visual representations only. We have strived to present the colors, details, and sizes of our products as accurately as possible. However, the colours you perceive will depend on your monitor’s display capabilities, and we cannot guarantee that it will precisely mirror the color of the delivered product. At times, we might adjust the sizes, details, and quantities of products on our website without advance notice. For instance, our bouquets are subject to the seasonal availability of flowers. Additionally, the packaging of our products may differ from what is displayed in the website images.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND REPLACEMENT
We take orders considering product availability. Should the product you’ve ordered be unavailable for any reason, we’ll reach out to you using the contact information provided during your order placement to:
- Propose a substitute product of comparable quality and price, if feasible; OR
- Revoke the order and process a full refund for that specific product.
If we can’t get in touch with you or don’t get a response, we’ll proceed with the available items in your order and provide a refund for the items we couldn’t deliver.
YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
To purchase products via this website, you are required to create an account with us. It’s your responsibility to safeguard the confidentiality of your account username and password and to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept accountabilities for all activities that transpire under your account username or password. It is important to take all necessary measures to ensure your username and password remain confidential and secure. If you have any reason to suspect that your username and/or password has been disclosed to someone else, or it’s being used or likely to be used in an unauthorized manner, please notify us immediately.
It is important that the information you provide us at the time of registration is accurate and complete. Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to this information (e.g., changes in your email or address). You can access and modify your registration details through the “My Account” section of the website.
We reserve the right to deny access to the website, terminate accounts, remove, or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be at no cost to you.

OUR AGREEMENT
When you use the website to place an order for products, you are making an offer to us to purchase these products. After receiving your order, we’ll send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order (Order Confirmation Email). But remember, this doesn’t mean we’ve accepted your order yet.
We’ll confirm our acceptance of your order by sending another email that verifies the products have been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). If we can’t provide a product, maybe because it’s out of stock or no longer available, we’ll get in touch with you and the provisions under “Product Availability and Replacement” will apply.
PRICING
We invoice Products in UAE Dirham based on the current price at the time you place your order. While we strive to maintain accurate prices on the Website, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the items you ordered, we’ll reach out to you promptly. You will have the choice to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we can’t reach you, we’ll consider your order for the incorrectly priced product cancelled. The online price of a product and delivery include VAT charges. Delivery charges aren’t included in the price of a product.
PAYMENT
We accept payment through major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard. Our system automatically requests authorization from your card issuer for the order amount. If we receive valid authorization, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from us. However, receiving your credit card details and debiting payments doesn’t equate to our acceptance of your order.
Please refrain from sending us payment information via electronic methods such as email. For information about our security measures, please read our privacy statement. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent, we won’t be held responsible for any losses due to unauthorized access to your personal and transactional information when placing an order.
AMENDMENTS TO THE WEBSITE AND TERMS
We hold the right to modify this website, these terms, the privacy statement, and other policies at any time. You’ll be subject to the policies, terms, and conditions in place at the time you use the website or order products from the website. Law-required changes could apply to orders you’ve already placed. If any of the terms forming our contract are considered invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed separable and won’t affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.
THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US
When you place an order to purchase products using the website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those products. After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order (the Order Confirmation Email). However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending an email that confirms that the products have been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because that product is not in stock or no longer available, we will contact you and the terms under the heading “Product Availability and Replacement” will apply.
ALTERING DELIVERY DATE FOR PERISHABLE GOODS
Any modifications to the delivery date for perishable items, such as fresh flowers and plants, should be communicated at least 24 hours before the dispatch of the products. A request for change made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur an additional charge of 50% on the ordered perishable items.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Should you decide to cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Services Department on (04) 340-0006 extension 300. As we strive to process orders promptly, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return the items to us at the Dubai Garden Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road within 48 hours. We will offer a refund or exchange the item with a product of similar quality and price if possible, subtracting delivery and additional service costs (like gift wrapping and delivery). Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable and extra delivery costs will apply for any replacement products that require delivery. Refunds or exchanges DO NOT APPLY TO PERISHABLE ITEMS such as fresh flowers and plants.
Please be informed that once we have dispatched items, you cannot cancel any contract for additional services provided by us (like gift wrapping and delivery). If we receive your cancellation notice for a product prior to dispatch, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that product, but delivery fees remain non-refundable.
MISTAKENLY DELIVERED ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect product, please inform our Customer Services Department at (04) 340-0006 extension 300 as soon as possible. We will arrange for the collection of the product(s) and provide a refund. If you wish for us to replace the incorrect product with the one you ordered, we will send you the correct product as quickly as possible.
EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT
We will cover any reasonable delivery costs you incur in returning:
- Products we delivered to you by mistake; or
- Products that you can prove were damaged upon delivery or are defective or incorrect.
You are responsible for keeping the products safe and in good condition until you return them to us.
LOSSES
We will not be accountable to you or any third party for any business loss (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data, or goodwill) or any other loss or damage that doesn’t directly result from our actions, or the actions of our subcontractors or agents, is indirect or was not reasonably foreseeable by both parties when the contract was formed.
Our total aggregate liability to you under these terms will not exceed the total price charged for the products purchased. Nothing in these terms removes our liability for any personal injury or death caused by our negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We won’t be accountable for any delay or failure in fulfilling our obligations under these terms if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, civil disturbances, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats, war (declared or not), fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, unavailability of materials, or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
VARIATIONS TO THE WEBSITE AND TERMS
We hold the right to make alterations to this Website, these Terms, the Privacy Statement, and any other policies we might inform you about at any time. The policies and terms and conditions in effect when you use the Website or order Products from the Website will apply to you. Any changes necessitated by law might be applicable to orders you’ve already placed. If any portion of the Terms that make up our contract is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, it will be considered separate and will not impact the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
This Website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties, whether express, implied, or otherwise. We explicitly reject all implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permissible under the law.
NON-WAIVER
Should we fail to insist on or enforce your compliance with any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we delay in doing so, it does not signify that we have waived our rights against you or that you are not obliged to comply with those responsibilities. Any waiver of a default on your part will be given in writing and does not imply that we will automatically waive any subsequent default by you.
INDEMNITY
You agree to protect and hold us harmless from all costs, claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, damages, and losses (including, but not limited to, consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation, as well as all interest, penalties, legal and other professional costs, and expenses) that arise from or are related to your violation of these Terms.
JURISDICTION
This Website is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates that apply. Any disputes arising from your use of this Website will be exclusively handled by the courts of the Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
All details pertaining to credit/debit cards and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
