Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery exclusively for orders within Dubai. For that delightful last-minute surprise, make sure to place your order before our cut-off time at 1 pm. Our team will swiftly bring your floral vision to life and make the magic happen. P.S. we’re working diligently to expand this speedy service to other regions across the UAE soon!
What payment methods do you accept?

What if I need to modify or cancel my order?
We understand that plans can change. For any changes or cancellations, please contact our customer support team at (04) 340-0006 ext. 300 as soon as possible. Kindly note that once we’ve dispatched your order, modifications may not be possible.
Can I include a personalized message with my bouquet?
Of course! We believe every bouquet should come with a heartfelt note. During checkout, you’ll have the option to add a personal message that we’ll lovingly attach to your flowers.
Do you provide flower arrangements for special events?

What is your refund policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product, and we’ll make it right. Refunds or exchanges do not apply to perishable items like fresh flowers and plants. However, if we receive your cancellation notice before dispatch, we’ll refund the relevant purchase price for that product (delivery fees remain non-refundable).
What is your delivery schedule?
We deliver 7 days a week. Our delivery hours are from 10am to 8pm. Please note that specific time slots may vary based on location and order volume.
What if the recipient is not available at the delivery address?
If the recipient is not available to receive the flowers, our delivery team will follow your instructions for leaving the bouquet in a secure spot or with a neighbor. If no such instructions are provided, we’ll attempt to contact the recipient to reschedule the delivery.
Can I request specific flower varieties or colors for a custom arrangement?
Absolutely! We love creating unique floral designs. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your preferences, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.
Are there any delivery charges?

Do you offer international delivery?
Currently, we primarily focus on delivering within Dubai and its surroundings. However, we’re working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned for updates on international delivery options.
Which flowers are unsafe around pets?
At House of Flowers, we prioritize the safety of your furry friends. We highly discourage keeping the following flowers near your pets, as they can be highly toxic:
- Lilies: All varieties, including Asiatic lilies, Easter lilies, Tiger lilies, and Daylilies.
- Tulips: The bulbs can be especially toxic to pets if ingested.
- Daffodils: All parts of the plant are toxic to pets, especially the bulbs.
- Sago Palm (Cycas revoluta): All parts of the plant are highly toxic to pets.
- Chrysanthemums: Can cause skin irritation and gastrointestinal upset if ingested.
- Azaleas & Rhododendrons: Toxic to pets when consumed in large quantities.
- Hydrangeas: Ingestion can lead to vomiting and diarrhea in pets.
- Lily of the Valley (Convallaria majalis): All parts of the plant are poisonous to pets.
- Oleander (Nerium oleander): All parts of the plant are highly toxic and can be life-threatening if ingested.
Which plants are unsafe around pets?
While we adore our leafy companions, it’s crucial to keep certain house plants out of reach from our curious pets. The following house plants are considered unsafe around cats and dogs and should be avoided:
- Dieffenbachia (Dieffenbachia spp.)
- Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum spp.)
